By participating in the competition advertised as the 'Shires 12 days of xmas competition', you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. This competition is being run by Sheet Anchor Investments Ltd. also known as The Shires.
The competition will run from Sat 23rd November at 9am and ending on 5pm Thursday 12th December 2024.
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. The Shires employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
Only one entry per customer across the competition period.
All entrances must take a photo of them at The Shires during Chirstjmas time with the lights / participating in the xmas activities and post it on each post or tag us into the photo to be entered into the 12 days of competition prize draw on The Shires Facebook, Twitter and Instagram socials.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
You will have to have resided within the UK for the past 3 years to enter.
The winning prizes will be the following:

Day 2 – The Works Art Kit
Day 3 – Murdle Board Game, T C G C Game and Dobble Game
Day 4 – £50 Waterstones Voucher
Day 5 – £50 Claires Voucher

The use of specific brands as prizes by The Shires does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
The Shire's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The competition will be running from 23rd Nov, when they can start taking photos and the first competition post will go out at 9am on the Shires Facebook and Instagram page. We will have 12 prize winners. The winners will be revealed on social media and contacted on every day from 2nd Dec – 13th Dec.
The 12x winners will be chosen by a random generator system with all entries names. The Shires will make two attempts to contact the winners.
If the winner does not respond to the call and email informing them of their win within 14 days of the second attempt of contact, they forfeit their right to the prize, and The Shires reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be available to collect, otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by The Shires for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participants by emailing [email protected]
If requested by The Shires, the winner agrees to release their first name and first letter of surname to any other competition participants.
The winner's first name and first letter of surname will be announced on The Shire's website and social media channels.
The Shires Shopping Centre accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
The Shires Shopping Centre reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions. The above terms align with LCP Group terms
